Details Tri-Rail is a commuter rail line linking Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach, Florida. Thomas Rail inspected self-contained HVAC units for refrigerant leaks as scheduling of trains allowed; removed and repaired units; and tested and reinstalled units to minimize fleet down time.

Details The Metromover is a fleet of 29 Automated People Mover vehicles that began revenue service in 1984. An engineering evaluation of the fleet by Miami-Dade Transit determined that a new HVAC system was required. Thomas Rail Systems partnered with Vapor Stone Rail Systems to provide project management, technical support, removal, installation, configuration, and quality assurance.

Details The Metrorail fleet consists of 136 stainless steel heavy rail vehicles. Thomas Rail partnered with Vapor Stone Rail Systems to reinstall and test the fleet’s 272 HVAC units after they had been removed and reconditioned by Vapor Stone.
